Update Google Play problem: how to fix Error Code 921

The problem is not new, and Android experienced users have probably already seen this error several times. The error "Error Code 921" returned to the load and makes the installation of updates as well as impossible download on Google Play Store. Fortunately the solution is very simple.

To correct this error, you can first try to clear the cache of the Google Play Store application. To do this, go to your settings < Applications (or application management). Click on the Play Store application and choose "Empty cache". And that's it. In most cases, the error should be resolved, without needing to restart your phone. If it did not work, then try to delete the application data, but be careful: you will lose all settings that you have settings on Google Play.

If the previous solution did not work, a little more drastic approach exists. Go to settings < accounts. Then click on your Google account (if you have them, choose the one that you use for Google Play). Then click on the menu at the top right and choose "Delete account". Attention: this concerns all your accounts, including Gmail, Google Maps, YouTube... Your preferences and data which are not synchronized will be lost. You then add a new account to use the Google services. Normally, you will have more no error "Error Code 921".
