Apple has sold 44M iPhone, ipads and 16M 4M Macs in Q2 2014

Apple quarterly profit results on common, Q2 fiscal year 2014, the company moved 43700000 iPhone, 16.3 million ipads and Macs 4.1 million. That compares to 51 million iPhones sold during the first fiscal quarter, along with 26 million ipads and Macs 4.8 million, but that was a quarter of holiday, so an unexpected dip. Last year, during the same quarter, Apple sold 37400000 iPhone, ipads and 19500000 3,950,000 Macs.

The estimates for the fourth quarter than Wall Street pegged sales of iPhone in 38770000 unit on average, with expectations of 19.36 ipads sold and 4070000 Macs. Dropped iPod sales of 5.63 million last year, too, sitting now in just 2.7 million for Q2 in 2014, but this is not surprising as it was heading down a long time, and Apple hasn't even updated iPod devices last year.

Year over year performance by Apple iPhone sales growth of 16.8 percent, while sales fell by iPad about the same amount, with negative growth of 16.4 percent. This is bad miss, it is likely that quotes analysts yet another sign that the Tablet market has almost saturation. For a Mac, it's just about flat from last year. IPod fell more than expected, but then again, Apple does not seem to be too concerned with this class of product as it looks to other opportunities that are replaced in terms of consumer interest, such as the iPhone. Apple CEO Tim Cook cited mini iPad being late last year as the reason for the big difference (sales of abnormally during Q2 2013 as a result).
