According to Zdnet quoting site Google new "Quick UDP Protocol Internet Connections" is the Protocol of the transport layer that is compatible with the modern Internet, and unlike TCP data cannot make a "go/return" to link a secure connection and is dependent on the zero-round-trip feature, which makes faster data transfer and provides 75 percent of the communication.

Google developer team worked on the development of the new Protocol QUIC from 2013 and 2015 and will be among the features of this Protocol will shorten download videos on live broadcast platforms and video platforms including YouTube by 30 percent.
